Salesforce is company informations put into the clouds mix up with great CRM. Thats pretty much basic about Salesforce.
It provides CRM services and focused on customer service, marketing automation, analytics and application development.

This is a company who hire you, and train you start from zero and they take you to hero. They are good at Salesforce and AWS recruiting.
